WILMINGTON, N.C. – Senior Mark Carver’s two-run single broke a 4-all tie and keyed a seven-running sixth inning as UNC Wilmington completed a sweep of visiting Fordham with a 9-4 win Sunday at Brooks Field.
The Seahawks’ fourth straight win improved their record to 5-4 while the Rams remained winless at 0-5.
