Tommy Burleson will be talking about all his great basketball stories and experiences and will also share about his current passions and mission work in Africa.
Tommy was a member of the 1972 U.S. Olympic silver medal basketball team. He played in the NBA for the Sonics, Kings, and Hawks after graduating from N.C. State where he was on the 1974 National Championship team. He was ACC Tournament MVP, NCAA Eastern Regional co-MVP and NBA Rookie of the Year. Tommy believes in helping young people through mentoring and life skills training and has hosted a basketball camp for 23 years.
