Ashley was on the road Tuesday and the Eagles were handed a Mideastern setback.  Jacksonville held the Eagles to just 42 points, as the Ashley offense never good get things rolling and wound up losing by 18 points.

The Screamin Eagles will return to Ashley gymnasium Friday when they host New Hanover in the season’s first County Clash.

Jacksonville also came out on top in the girls’ game, prevailing 47-35.  The Eagles’ record dipped to 3-4 overall and 1-1 in the league.
