Last Bout of Season For Cape Fear Roller Girls

The Cape Fear Roller Girls invite all local media and the general public to come out in support as they host the final bout of the 2009 season at Cape Fear Community College’s Schwartz Center, 610 N. Front Street Wilmington, NC. 20% of door proceeds will benefit the New Hanover Regional Medical Center’s Pink Ribbon Project, which funds mammograms for local women. Additionally, 20% of proceeds of beer sales, courtesy of Front Street Brewery, is being donated to Cape Fear River Watch.

This bout is guaranteed to be the match-up of the season, as the Charlotte Roller Girls travel to Wilmington in an attempt to avenge their home loss against the Cape Fear Roller Girls last November.

The doors open at 6:00 pm and bout will be begin at 7:00pm.

Tickets for this event cost $10 in advance and $12 at the door. Purchase tickets in advance online, at Gravity Records, or at Double Wide Skate and Surf in downtown Wilmington.
